How is document access handled in OfficePoint?

OfficePoint has elaborated security rules which define who can access documents and edit them. A user can only see segments of OfficePoint he or she explicitly has assigned rights for. The responsible person (eg. manager) of the organizational unit can see all segments of OfficePoints linked to that organizational unit (eg. documents, registers). Organizational structure can be edited as a hierarchy.

Yes.
Archiving documents is handled according to state regulations of countries of the European Union and regional countries (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia…).

How are retention periods for documents defined?

Retention periods can be predefined based on a specific type of registry, a file or a document. The retention period is noted on the level of individual documents. The beginning of the retention period can be edited (eg. date the document was completed or the date the document was archived). The date of expiry of a document is automatically calculated to match state regulations.

The duration of the training on using OfficePoint varies based on the complexity of the implementation. An average education lasts for two days.
